Kevin M. Lewis, DDS

Dr. Kevin Lewis graduated the University of Utah with a BA in Biology and received his doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. He and his wife, Jamie have 4 children that keep them busy. "Dr. Kevin" enjoys a number of outdoor activities, including hiking and backpacking, fishing, and disc golf.

Stephen M. Lewis, DDS

Dr. Stephen Lewis graduated from the University of Phoenix Magna Cum Laude with a BSBIS degree. He then completed a one year Flight Training course. Dr Steve then attended the University of Utah for a 3 year Post back in the studies of Biology and Chemistry. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia School of Dentistry (MCV) achieving the equivalent of Magna Cum Laude in his studies. He is known as Dr Steve in our office. He is very passionate about using his knowledge to help his patients achieve and maintain their healthy smiles. He has been married to his beautiful wife Brandi for 28 years. They have two daughters who are now both married to their eternal partners. In his free time he enjoys traveling the world, and has been to 27 countries and most of the United States. He loves to learn about other cultures and has a deep respect for all people and their histories. He loves spending time with Brandi and their children. He is very active in his faith. He served a two year mission to Japan for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and speak Japanese. He is passionate about aviation, falconry, and cars. He loves golfing, fishing, and just being outside doing yard work.

Dr. Alan Jones, DMD

Dr. Alan Jones attended The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University to earn his DMD in Dentistry. He enjoys living in Grand Junction with his wife and 4 children. Alan was originally born in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. When he is not busy with dentistry and helping patients achieve their best smile; he likes reading, woodworking and spending time with family.

Dr. Brad Nelson, DDS

Dr. Brad Nelson has enjoyed practicing dentistry in Grand Junction since 2002, when he graduated from The Ohio State University. He enjoys life in the Grand Valley with his wife and 4 children. He loves the people, the community, and all that Western Colorado has to offer. Dr. Brad spends most of his free time doing family activities, fishing, hiking, sports, shuttling kids around, and most recently golfing.

Christy

My name is Christy. I have been a Dental Assistant for many years. I am proud of my accomplishment becoming an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant). I really enjoy helping people improve their smile and developing relationships. When I am not working, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors hiking or camping, and of course Netflix. My name is Santanna and I am a Grand Junction native. I have been a dental assistant since 2012 and enjoy every aspect of dental assisting. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, music and spending time with my daughter, son and husband.

Hi, I’m Tonia. I have been in the dental field as dental assistant (EDDA) for 11 years. I enjoy helping patients improve their smile and making sure they have the best experience in our office. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.

Tammy - Office Manager

My name is Tammy and I am the General Manager for Crested Oak Dentistry (both Grand Junction and Delta offices). I was born & raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. I attended Mesa State College (back when it was called that!) and have a BA in Psychology. I have been in the dental field working both the front and back office for over 30 years. I have been married to my best friend, Glen "since time began" and have two grown sons and two grandchildren. I love the outdoors of Western Colorado and enjoy cooking and gardening.

Anna

Hi, I’m Anna. I have been in the dental field for 20+ years, working here at Crested Oak Dentistry. I handle the front desk duties, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, dental treatment plans and helping you figure out your insurance benefits. I love seeing patients that have come here for years and meeting new patients for the first time. I have two grown children and 2 weenie dogs. I like playing words with friends, listening to music and baking when I get the chance.

My name is April. Although I mostly work in the front office at Crested Oak, I am also a trained dental assistant, so you will also see me in the back office helping the doctors. I am especially adept at deciphering your insurance benefits and treatment planning. In my spare time I like spending time with my husband and 3 children. I enjoy cooking & listening to all types of music.

Katelyn

My name is Katelyn and I am a dental hygienist at Crested Oak. I like using my skills to help my patients understand their dental health and teaching them how to keep their teeth for a lifetime. During my off hours I enjoy horseback riding and volleyball.

Shelly

My name is Shelly and I am a dental hygienist with advanced experience in periodontics. I enjoy meeting and building relationships with patients and when possible, teaching people a more holistic approach to dental care. I like to spend time with my husband and four children hiking and camping. I love the country life and when I am not in the office, you might find me milking goats or herding chickens into the coop for the night.

Susie

My name is Susie and I am a registered dental hygienist and have been seeing patients for over 35 years. I love meeting both new and old patients and helping them keep their teeth healthy and smiles bright for their entire lifetime. I enjoy living in western Colorado and appreciate the beauty of our mountains. In my spare time I like to take road trips and explore.

My name is Jessica, I have been a dental hygienist in western Colorado for 7 years and am originally from Utah. I spend most of my time being bossed around by my fur-babies and completing home projects with my husband. What I love about being a dental hygienist is helping my patients feel knowledgeable about their dental needs and comfortable while visiting the office.

Hi, I'm Star. I am the Office Manager for Crested Oak Dentistry in our Delta office. With my position I get the pleasure of greeting our patients, making appointments, and helping to figure out insurance benefits. I have been in the dental field for over 13 years with experience in the front and back office. I spend my free time with my family, camping, and watching my kids play sports.

Hi, my name is Ashley. I moved to beautiful Colorado from California in 2016. I then obtained my RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certificate and then received my EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant). I am beyond happy being a part of the Crested Oak Team and chasing my dreams exploring Colorado with my family.

Amy

My name is Amy. I have had the pleasure of helping patients achieve the best oral health possible as a dental hygienist for 30 years. It has always been my goal to provide excellent hygiene services in a friendly and relaxed environment with lots of TLC. I also believe in focusing on the individualized needs of each and every patient, making them true partners in their own care. It’s the recipe for success! I moved from Maine to Grand Junction in 2014 with my husband, two kids and our dog, Tucker. We love living in Western Colorado and take advantage of much of the fun it has to offer including hiking, biking, golfing and taking our jeep off-road.
